Released Inventions

Patent Prosecution and IP Counseling

         What is a patent?

             What is the process?
             Bar Dates

         What is a Trademark?

         What is a Copyright?

Once an inventor has published, sold, or publically used his or her invention he or she must file a patent within one year or else it will be given to the public domain.

The economy is in a downturn now, but a patent expires after 20 years. If you do not file a patent and you publish, sell, or publicly use your invention then you will lose your rights forever.

You can even spread out your patent expenses by filing a cheaper provisional patent now, and filing a nonprovisional patent in a year.

I credit any costs from a provisional patent from the fees of a nonprovisional patent.

Protect Your Ideas Now! And be ready when the economy rebounds.
